warning and error installing package #1

Hi Mike,
I think you have a problem with your devtools installation. Please
reinstall devtools and retry.
Do you have another machine to try it on? We've had a short course a couple
of weeks ago with 40 students who ran that command so I'm pretty sure it's
not a problem with the gitbhub page.

Hi Mike,
Could also be a problem with RTools. Maybe upgrade R and install the new
version of RTools too, might fix the problem. Sorry I cannot help much but
it's not a problem with the GitHub package I think.
Will let you know if we are giving any courses in the future.
