R markdown and file for analysis of data derived from HTPS workflow to characterize proteases
These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine
Ensure that you have installed the GitHub tool. Refer here for installing GitHub.
git-lfs clone https://github.com/fossatiA/HTPS_workflow HTPS_workflow
This will get you a working copy of this repository into a folder called HTPS_workflow
note it is important to not move the files from test outside the folder as the paths are hardcoded within the same folder
