[docs/cannon] Improve Cannon documentation

Currently, the angular-three-cannon documentation is barebone as we want to get v2 out so definitely it can be improved.

• API information for Cannon's entities like Physics, Bodies, Constraints
• More examples (reference react-three/use-cannon)
