Modal won't find the controller when chaining

I tried to follow the example on the ui-bootstrap mdal example tweaking the app to use chaining for controller declaration - and literal DI, don't know if that matters. But esentially:

@chakkimatti if you declare controllers inside AngularJS modules you need to pass them as string, exactly the same as you would do this for the AngularJS route definitions. Here is the working example:
