Testacular renamed to Karma #264
Description
Latest version of Testacular changed the name of the project to Karma (for controversial reasons explained in karma-runner/karma#376).
It is defined as a breaking change on the project's site(http://karma-runner.github.com/0.8/about/changelog.html), I think we should update our grunt configuration (and maybe other things) to be compatible with the new version.
