Build improvements

Some improvements to the build before a release:

• publish a minified version - done in 05c4857
• publish a version that has both templates and scripts so people got only one single file to include - done in 57ca4dd
• add version numbers to the build files - done in 2105dde

Also figure out where we're going to host built files. How about in the downloads section of the repo, with a link in the readme and on the website? Or we could use tags instead of downloads section of repo (I heard @ProLoser mention those), but I dunno how those work.

Or wait.. did github get rid of the downloads section of a repo?

For me the only real option I can see for now is to use the gh-pages branch and check-in files with their version no.

Ok, let's put a zip in the gh-pages too, like twitter/bootstrap.
