Add SEO tags to the demo landing page

We should add tricks to the home page so it is well indexed in Google. Currently the first result is the repo in @ajoslin account :-)

@ajoslin maybe it would be good to officially move your repo or something? Or at least update the readme in this repo to point to the angular-ui/bootstrap?

When you say "landing page" do you mean the repo or the demo page?

Ill write a blog post about version 0.1.0 and link to the repo and the demo
page. With some good on page SEO and links from everyone they should sore
to the first page.

@ajoslin don't stress, this is open source not and not work :-) It would be just awesome if you can redirect it but no hurry :-) We've got still plenty other things to do.

Moved successfully! And not stressed, just had 85 emails in my inbox the other day lol, and wasn't sure what I was missing.

Added something, we can improve with time, add Google analytics etc. Going to close this one for now, if anyone has practical ideas let's re-open this one (or open a new one).
