Tests failing on IE 8

Now that we've got tests running on the google's CI server (http://ci.angularjs.org/job/angularui-bootstrap/) we really need to get more serious about testing! For now our tests are passing on all browsers but IE8 so we need to fix this (if we decide to support IE8).

For now IE8 is excluded from a set of browsers running tests so we need to either fix our tests or decide that we don't want to support IE8.

I will see if the ieshiv needs updating to include new namespace, i suspect it does.

I don't think we've got any ieshiv for the boostrap repo atm :-) But
we definitively need one if we want to support IE8.

Probably worth looking into it after the initial release but it will be a bit of a pain.

+1 on IE8 Support. Unfortunately people still use that crap.

+1 on this. I know the team I'm working with would really appreciate IE8 support. We can't get the carousel to work on ie8 using UI bootstrap.

OK, looks like IE8 is still requested :-) Will need to look into this after 0.1.0 is out.

Yip, I changed from the bootstrap dropdown to angular-ui bootstrap alternative and it breaks the site in IE8. Also not a big IE fan, but it's a requirement from the clients side.
