Allow directives as attributes (restrict: 'EA')

ui-bootstrap directives such as accordion, alert, are currently restrict: 'E'.

Some people prefer to use directives as attributes (avoiding IE Shiv), and there should be no harm in allowing them to do that by relaxing the restriction to 'EA'.

I've always preferred the elements with attributes approach for angular directives for compatibility and validity.

However, I have only partially managed to implement this approach on the accordion.

Could you please show some example code of how I can implement the directive using angular? specifically the additional attributes like close-others=""
