It doesn't work when calculating the position of an element while the document is scrolled down

@redaemn I've clarified current policy for IE8 support in https://github.com/angular-ui/bootstrap#supported-browsers If you are still into driving IE8 support your help would be more than welcomed!!! Just ping us here or on the mailing list whenever you want. Going to close this one for now as I'm cleaning up PRs / issues queue before the new release. |

It doesn't work when calculating the position of an element while the document is scrolled down
You can verify that using the test.html page: right after loading the page, scroll it down to the bottom and wait 6 seconds; a new element should appear beside the DELAY div. In IE8, with the old code, the new "Positioned with delay" div appear at the top part of the page.
