Erratically jumping header during column moving, if there is pinned column

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the embedded view to get a larger display
2. Move "Email" column forward

Result:
While being dragged, the "Email" column header flows far away from the mouse pointer.

Expected:
The flowing column header should appear right under the mouse pointer during dragging

I see that the unit tests need to be rewritten for this to work. Too much for me for this hour of the day. If anyone's up to it...
I also didn't solve it for the vertical case, but this could be easily implemented the same way only with the top/height/pageY comparisons.

The fix provided appears to work, but make it impossible to scroll the grid while dragging a column
