Describe the bug
On the tutorial pages of http://ui-grid.info/, the grid display is broken

There is an error message: http://ui-grid.info/release/css/ui-grid.css is missing

Hi @karnash,
the problem is on the reference site, where the "ui-grid.css" file is missing...
