Make it easy to link to document section

I answer to quite a lot of questions about AngularJS on StackOverflow, and I often have to link to a specific section of the documentation.
To do that, I inspect the HTML source code to find the anchor name associated to the section title.
It would be nice if there was a "§" link, appearing on mouse hover, similar to the ones in GitHub README, next to each title of the documentation.

I would be nice indeed (especially for people answering questions on SO, it's can save a lot of time).
In the meantime, I've found this extension invalueable. I can't recommend it enough for SO answerers 😃
