Two way binding is not working in ngOpen

I think here is bug because i don't see two way binding. when i click on check box then the direction of the arrow changes but i click on the arrow the direction is changed but there is no effect on check box.

I am wondering whether this is bug or not.

ngOpen is write-only.
You can get the desired behaviour by adding an ng-click to the details element: http://plnkr.co/edit/rcZ5yCBUqEJZSgIc5jwb?p=preview

What we could probably do with is a details directive that wires up this click handler automatically.

The workaround doesn't work anymore, because Chrome now focuses the summary element on the first click, and only the second click removes the "open" attribute.

Is that a bug in Chrome? It seems weird that it is not bubbling the click event.
