Could you elaborate on what you meant by 'joins'?

@sudhirj I believe that 'joins' here mean what you can do with $q.all(). But basically all the things mentioned in the above list are above supporting the promise api for resources (which not the case today).

Wouldn't mind trying this out - I've written a promise library before and code to plug it into Zepto, and I'm guessing this should be similar. Any thoughts on doing something like this:

I would create a wrapper around the existing code (while still keeping the existing API available). Or does this actually qualify to be a full Resource Rewrite?
