I think the browser wants to parse {{jdata.min}} as number before angularjs has a chance to replace the expression with its value. So angularjs does not find the expression because the browser already replaced the expression with 0 (in this case).
But I do not know why value is the only affected attribute.
- Add note about using the value attribute for the progress tag with IE in the IE compat / interpolation guide
- Add note about placeholder attribute in textarea to the ie compat guide
