FormController adding ngModel twice on manual $compile

While trying to thrive with #9138 I found that the $error and $$success objects are being set twice with the same controller after doing a manual $compile on an input.

EDIT: actually there's a zombie ngModelController that sticks on $$success from the previous existing element that was removed from DOM

@pocesar compiling an element that is already compiled is not supported. Please move this to stackoverflow
