• update tscikle to be compatible with tsc@next
• update tslint to the @dev tag to be sompatible with tsc@next
• shrinkwrap typescript
• ? bundle all testing stuff into a single file? (outDir -> outFile)
• resolve any CI issues
• double check all package.json's module and typings entries
