md-progress-circle renders nothing on Edge

Checked on both my home PC and the Surface tablet we have in the office. The material1 version also uses SVG and seems to work great on Edge.

Same behavior on Firefox v45, material1 works as expected.

Edge is fixed via #283, but indeterminate progress-circle + IE11 is rendering nothing.
