docs(mat-list, mat-slide-toggle): List with mat-slides. (Material Design)

Goal is to craft a page like that:

If this is not already possible - without custom css / hacks / painless - this framework should support it.
Take a look to e.g. Ionic Toggle and Item. Angular Material needs items like that.
It's an essential feature....

Update: mat-list / mat-list-item is unsuitable. Esp. for multiline text. It always centers the text vertically. 🙄

My current solution:

Looks ok. But 1. in this solution I need a flex spacer (flex: 1, maybe there is an official solution?). And I cannot find docs for e.g. mat-line. I also don't like the theming. Why is the item transparent? It should have the theme background (e.g. card-background). Consider to use CSS variables for theme. But this is another isssue....

Ok, for my background color problem: I can use the class name mat-app-background on my div. We shoulld extend the docs to describe more details on it. What class names exist for the theme? etc.

Back to the items: I would suggest slots like in Web Components. Start and End position. Get inspired by Ionic.
