the cursor on the label should be pointer.

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:

1. https://material.angular.io/components/slide-toggle/overview
2. hover toggle, hover label

Expected Behavior

cursor on hover label should be pointer

Actual Behavior

cursor on hover label is default

• CDK/Material: 15.1.1
