Removes the tilde imports from all docs and schematics since they're deprecated and they may cause build issues in the future.

Also reworks the theming API migration to handle tilde imports.

LGTM. I can confirm that we would not require users to add node_modules as Sass include path because the Webpack Sass loader will try resolving e.g. @angular/material as a module.

We just need to make sure to have the proper package exports defined with APF v13.
