intercept ng-cloak deactivation

While the Layout directives are initializing and preparing Layout style changes, the ng-cloak deactivation (to show the DOM elements) should be delayed.

Perhaps it is best to apply a custom, top-level "md-layout-cloak" to the outermost "layout" directive element. This will be injected during the compile phase and later removed...
