IE 11 Flicker when switching tabs in demo's

Every time you click a new tab the window seems to resize briefly causing a quick flicker at the end of the slide transition.

I did also find that in general IE11 suffers from performance issues (i'm seeing this in my work) as well as the demo's. For example when on the link above clicking on the Button demo causes a very severe lag in the css animations. Firefox and Chrome don't have either of these issues.
