Fix Tab pagination/selection bug on iPad

On the iPad (in the online docs with iFrame demos), the Tabs demo goes into an endless-loop changing the inkBar position and toggling tab pagination on/off.

Demo server has latest code, but I'm still seeing this issue on iOS.

Still working on fixes for pagination, disabled tabs, page sets, and ink bar animations (related to paginations). Those code changes have not yet been committed.
