Tooltip layout and UX #354
Description
Currently Tooltip components will auto-show within 100ms after hover (of enabling element); and the tooltip will auto-position at the bottom of the element (or top if no room is available at bottom of element).
Questions:
- What is the showDelay value best used?
- Does the delay value depend upon element types?
- Should we allow configuration to position tooltip to left, right, center, or relative offset to these ?
