flex-gt-lg does not behave as it should

I expect that the card width should be half of screen on large screens but this is true only when i set layout="row" on the first div, it should also work when using layout="column" layout-gt-md="row".

Oh, it's just an inconsistency with 0.11.4.. gt-lg was working from 1200px wide and now only works from 1920px.
