md-datepicker into dialog: scrollbars IE11

If I add a datepicker inside a dialog, IE11 displays vertical and horizontal scrollbars all around dialog content.

Tested with 1.1.0-rc.5 and 1.0.9 version of angular material.

No scrollbars displayed using Firefox or Chrome.

Try using the CSS from master, I think this should be fixed with #8774
