Can't place cursor in input field where i touch

Actual Behavior:

• What is the issue? * When i write some text in input field and i want to correct something in then middle or so, i touch it and the cursor isn't follows. There is only this bottom select witch i can move to a place i want.
• What is the expected behavior? I need to make that cursor to follow there where i touch. In browsers it's working but on the phone it's not.

This is actually not related to Angular Material, but how iOS works. iOS will not move the input caret to where you press unless you press and hold.
