Adding a new quantity Linear Power Density. E.g., W/m.

Sometimes also referred to as "Linear Heat Generation Rate" or "Linear Heat Rate", the most generic term is "Linear Power Density".

I made the XmlDocRemarks wikipedia's linear density article, which is the same as the "LinearDensity" quantity. The article describes "Linear Density" generically, not just "Linear Mass Density" so it seemed most appropriate to use for Linear Power Density as well.
