• Enabled code shrinking (R8), resulting in a significantly smaller APK (~13.9 MB → ~2.3 MB). No visible changes, thoroughly tested (route calculation, map view, OsmAnd navigation).
• Same signing key as v1.11-19 (dd61e4e0e786863d564d8bc339ccd28195bdd63307dcb632bb998ab1fe25ac7b), existing installs can update directly.
