Cloning a Story with child issues

Hi Folks,

My use case is want to be able to quickly create the a new story similar to a previous one that has the same child issues: dev, qa, etc...

My approach was to create a "template" issue that I could then clone. But when I use "jira issue clone ISSUE" it will not clone the child issues.

Is there a way to also clone the child issues using the CLI, or is there a better way to do what I am trying to do?
