Download just these two files

• LGgramTV-Server.exe — open on your Windows laptop and follow Your next step.
• TV IPK — in webOS Dev Manager, select your TV → Install (top right) → choose this IPK.

Open LGgramTV on the TV, choose Find my laptop, and approve the matching code in the laptop app's Televisions page. Keep the EXE open, the laptop awake, and both devices on the same trusted home network.

Compatibility and technical details

Windows 10/11 x64, WebView2, LG webOS 6.x target. Public preview; unsigned EXE; trusted-LAN HTTP; TV-dependent codecs, no transcoding. Your own Telegram API details are required once. TV app ID remains com.xen.teleplay.v3.

Only the download layout and instructions changed. The existing EXE and IPK bytes are unchanged. The application suite passed 328 tests, plus two compiled EXE smoke scenarios; see test evidence. No new real-TV test was performed for this documentation update.
