Fixes

• Windows: window no longer flickers endlessly after launch (#10). A Linux-only redraw workaround was also running on Windows, where it hid and re-showed the window in a loop. It now only runs on X11, and only when the window is actually resized. Thanks to @carlhungus74-alt for the detailed report and diagnosis.
• The "Download activity will appear here" placeholder is now cleared when a download starts.

What's new

• Skip file button: abandon only the file that is downloading (for example a stuck or very slow video) and carry on with the next one. Partial files are removed, so a skipped file downloads again on the next run.
• Thread order: images and videos are now downloaded in the order they appear in the thread, even when they alternate. Sort the folder by date modified to see them in order.
• Speed readout: the current file now shows its download speed and time left, e.g. 315.2 MB of 342.7 MB · 17.9 MB/s · 0:01 left.
