GPT Manager 0.6.0 — recaps, usage, and AI setup
GPT Manager 0.6.0 adds daily recaps, usage meters, existing-CLI preference, installation/sign-in status, and a shared app/site icon.
- Catch up: a short note explains that one Codex or Claude recap can cover conversations from every supported service. Optional daily recaps summarize yesterday at your chosen local time while the app is open or minimized. Schedules start disabled; enabling one authorizes automatic excerpt submission. Missed older days are not backfilled, and failures are not automatically retried that day.
- Usage: Codex account quota bars and natural reset times come from the installed CLI's structured API. An optional Claude status-line meter collects provider-reported limits from new local manager terminals. Gemini and Antigravity quota adapters are not yet integrated and show an explicit unavailable state. Expired snapshots do not pretend the balance has refilled.
- AI setup: existing CLIs on PATH take priority by default. Explicitly installing/selecting a managed copy overrides that preference; switch back anytime. Running terminals keep their current client. Installed managed copies offer Uninstall and Update separately; updates retain the selected CLI source. Uninstall preserves credentials, conversations and external CLIs. Codex/Claude login status refreshes after sign-in; Gemini reports configured credentials without claiming verification.
- Icon: original conversation-card / terminal artwork now appears in the app, Windows installer, website header, browser favicon, and touch icon.
- Google Drive OAuth fix: callback URLs can no longer overwrite the connector control endpoint after browser sign-in succeeds.
Download GPT-Manager-0.6.0-Windows-x64-Setup.exe below. The Windows build bundles Python; users can use an existing CLI or install one from AI setup. Linux source users can pull and restart.
This remains an unsigned Windows preview. Account sign-in and provider resume need interactive user testing on Windows. Automatic daily recaps run only while the app is open, and normal provider usage limits/charges apply.
Validation: full Linux tests and desktop fixture checks passed; a live read-only Codex quota check returned real quota windows/reset times. Windows tests, official CLI installation checks, packaged backend and ConPTY smoke passed. Schedule tests cover persisted attempts, cancellations, empty days, DST and saving a recap into the shared history.

GPT Manager 0.5.0 — Guided AI setup and Windows 11 preview
GPT Manager now has guided AI setup and an early Windows 11 x64 installer.
- Open AI setup to install Codex, Claude Code, or Gemini CLI, then sign in through the embedded terminal. Runtime downloads show progress; installation supports cancellation and retry. Existing CLI installations remain usable.
- The Windows installer bundles Python and supports native ConPTY terminals, external PowerShell resume, Windows session locks, and local network SSH discovery. No manual Python or Node installation is required to use the app.
- Catch up reviews activity from yesterday, last week, or custom dates and generates source-linked project recaps using your selected Codex or Claude account.
Download GPT-Manager-0.5.0-Windows-x64-Setup.exe below. Run it for your user account, launch GPT Manager, and open AI setup. Your provider account/subscription is still required. Antigravity / third-party agy setup remains manual.
This is an unsigned early Windows release; Windows may display an unknown-publisher warning. Native Windows folders and CLIs are supported; WSL remains a separate environment. SSH target hosts currently require POSIX and Python 3.10+. Git and OpenSSH are optional system dependencies for their corresponding features.
Validation: 87 Linux tests, desktop fixture smoke, real isolated installation/version checks for all three CLIs on Linux and Windows, Windows lock/archive tests, and packaged Windows backend + ConPTY input/resize/exit. Actual Windows account sign-in and provider resume still need interactive user validation.
