There is currently no CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file in the root directory of this project. I would like to add this file to help future contributors understand how to contribute effectively.

I will make a PR once this issue is assigned to me.

Yes i went through that , what i meant was to create a seperate file for CODE OF CONDUCT targetting gssoc, which i feel will be easier for contributors to explore
