• Add resume version command to print the CLI version and the git commit hash it was built from.

• Return wrapped errors from the generator and dev server instead of calling logger.Fatal; only the CLI entrypoint logs and exits.
• Load the resume config once when generating a PDF and drop the duplicated config-file resolution and unused generator fields.
• Generator output path handling uses filepath.Ext/filepath.Join, the minifier is built once, and the PDF delay now honours context cancellation.

Fixed

• Fix gen failing with net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED by waiting for the dev server to listen before launching Chrome, and surface server startup errors.
• Return an HTTP 500 from the dev server instead of rendering the template when building the view data fails.
