I think..

1. Support the latest stylesheet.
2. And related usage instruction.

I think we will just have to update the completions-css.json file is css-in-js-helpers
To do that the update-css task should work

@ansumanshah running this script hits MDNs rate limit pretty fast. Do you have a workaround for getting it done? Once the completions-css.json is updated and merged to master I can also bump the VS Code version and publish it.
