macOS-only.

Fix: a server you start via Serverlife could show port 0 with no URL / no Open, even while it was serving fine. The watchdog learns a server's port by checking the process group it spawned, and with npm run dev the socket belongs to a grandchild (sh → npm → vite) that check can miss. Serverlife now also links a managed entry to any listener running out of its exact folder, so the row gets its port, URL, and Open/Copy. Also covers a dev server you started by hand from an editor in that folder.

Plus everything from 0.1.3: corner + edge resize, grab band on the visible border, no shadow halo, wider default, size persists.

Windows unchanged (0.1.0).

Install: open the .dmg, drag to Applications. First launch: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
