mirpy-lib 4.4.1 — the vdjtools floor is 4.7.0

The vdjtools floor moves to 4.7.0, which answers the V/J boundary off the germline rather than
off the argmax recombination history (vdjtools#182):
model.germline_boundary, and v.end in VDJdb's residue convention goes from 71.79 % exact to
92.89 % on 8,132 human TRB junctions with external nucleotide truth.

mirpy does not call it. The floor moves because mirpy's CI and docs install vdjtools from PyPI, so
keeping it current is how mirpy exercises the version its users resolve. If you need a V/J boundary,
read it from vdjtools.model.germline_boundary — never from Scenario.v_end, which is the argmax
history's boundary and a different quantity.
