Please find .ino code file and circuit schematic .png file along with all the required components are attached herewith. Also please note that in the schematic diagram switches sw1 and sw2 are tactile where as switch 1a and 2a are regular on off switches. Imp : don't forget to install the libraries provided in IDE_Libraries folder into your Arduino ide.
