No notification sent to users who got replies to their comments

Describe the bug

When a user writes a comment, and someone replies to that comment, no email is sent, even if the "Answers to your [...] comments [...]" option is enabled.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Write a comment
2. Reply to that comment

Expected behavior

An email should be sent.

Platform

• OS: Linux, Docker
• Version: v1.2.5

@frafra Thanks for the feedback. When commenting on someone else's comment, the email is indeed not being sent right now. We will add this feature.
