Extend config docs to reflect all possibilities coming from camel

From user perspective, I think current documentation about the possibilities for configuring components isn't documented enough.

I assume Camel K uses Camel Quarkus - camel-quarkus-main with dependency on camel-main thus inheriting all the capabilities from Camel 3.

If this is true and all of this options are supported, we should at least provide a link to the camel-main documentation.
