@rhtyd noticed Sphinx v1.6.7 is being used for doc build. Sphinx 4.0 renamed 'master_doc' config to 'root_doc', for inclusiveness. May be, after updating to version 4.0, that config have to be updated. |
build succeeded after reverting Sphinx config changes. |

This PR addressed inclusivity changes for CloudStack in the documentation - Rename default git branch name from 'master' to 'main' and replace some offensive words/terms as appropriate.
The changes in PR#137 for "removing blacklist and whitelist phrases" was overhastely merged and reverted but is still a valid changes and are part of this PR; wording is not only more politically correct but also more accurate. some code changes are prerequisite for it. Targeted for 4.16
