As for your second point @xuanyuanaosheng , there should be a copy button if you have the rights for that. It would copy the template to another zone.
The first point seems a good addition.

As a workaround, I can only think of leave the template view and re-select the template-zone-tab. (life is ugly and beautiful at the same time;)
