all_or_nothing is not supported in CouchDB 2.0, so remove it from the API docs.
I was hesitant to remove the "Conflicts in batches" section and there is a code example at https://github.com/apache/couchdb-documentation/blob/master/src/replication/conflicts.rst#view-map-functions which still needs updating to not rely on
all_or_nothing.refs COUCHDB-3120
