Support for `MATCH PARTIAL`, `MATCH SIMPLE` and `MATCH FULL`

At the time of writing, [`MATCH [PARTIAL | SIMPLE | FULL]` syntax](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-createtable.html) is not supported.

I will make a PR adding support for that.
