[Enhancement] support create or replace view

Description

create view lineorder_view as select lo_linenumber from line_order;

then if user want to update the view, it may use create or replace function, like in mysql https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/create-view.html#:~:text=The%20CREATE%20VIEW%20statement%20creates,OR%20REPLACE%20VIEW%20replaces%20it.

create or replace view lineorder_view as select lo_linenumber,lo_commitdate from line_order;

Currently, doris does not support it.

Solution

Add support for create or replace view grammer.
