Revise content in the external identity provider doc
Additional word change to the introduction.
Update to a pronoun.
Word tweak in the opening paragraph.
There is a bit of inconsistency in Polaris for the treatment of properties, but this seems most appropriate.

Adds a new documentation page explaining how to configure external identity providers for authentication in Apache Polaris.
The page provides setup guidance and examples for using OIDC with external IdPs, and is intended for users configuring authentication settings.
The file was added under
