SUMMARY

Add the ability to provide pod annotations for the init-db pod via the helm chart and values.yaml.

Ran helm template test . and checked the output of the Job.
Tried for:

• no object podAnnotations:
• no annotation podAnnotations: {}
• 1 annotation
• multiple annotations

• Has associated issue: Helm: ability to set annotations on init-db job pod #17580
• Required feature flags:
• Changes UI
• Includes DB Migration (follow approval process in SIP-59)
  • Migration is atomic, supports rollback & is backwards-compatible
  • Confirm DB migration upgrade and downgrade tested
  • Runtime estimates and downtime expectations provided
• Introduces new feature or API
• Removes existing feature or API
